I have been scrambling (year after year!) to find an editable template with which I can submit my declaration for joint home loan. Finally ended up creating one from the pdf samples I found online, sharing it for the benefit of fellow citizens. You can download and edit the word .dotx file, you will have to work out the % share you'd like to declare for every year between the co-borrowers.
