I'll never go back to this restaurant.. ever. Trust me it is one of the worst in ECR off late. I was here with my cousins on Diwali day for lunch. Some 60% of the seats were occupied and we chose to sit in the Non-AC section. There were some 50 crows flying over the table-umbrellas to steal the food. 

Finally I got a chance to try Uber! After so much of speculation about it's "on demand" taxi hire business model, I had an opportunity to try it out. I had to rush home after a team dinner at Boat Club, RA Puram. The closest cab was 12 mins away when I pinned my location, It was a White Honda City with a fancy 6161 no. plate. 

In the service Industry,  it is important for the brand to create an emotional connect with the consumer. There are hundreds of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction 1) Service Time 2) Turnaround times 3) NPS etc. All these measures are very important and tell you if your customer service is moving in the right direction. But KPIs only tell you what has happened in numbers, but never tells you about what went wrong in a particular interaction.

Moto G is definitely one of the best budget phones to come out in recent times. Approximately 2 years ago, I got a Samsung Galaxy Y and in the last few months I was looking to upgrade to a better phone with bigger screen and more processing juice. But I was against spending Rs. 30,000 plus for a very high end phone and was looking at Phones below 15K.

Isn't that amazing?

Lumia or a Windows phone was nowhere in my radar when I wanted to change my phone, a 24 months old Samsung Galaxy S+ or i9001 as the website calls it.
