Prime Minister's National Relief Fund - PAN Number and Address

I had a very hard time finding PMNRF's address when I wanted to file my mother's tax returns, as there are separate columns like Address, PAN, PIN etc., when we claim tax exemption through 80 G.

From Wiki we can understand that PMNRF operates out of PMO, New delhi. So here are some consolidated information.

Thank you very much for your voluntary online support. Mr Amlan Dutta has given the PAN of PMNRF as AAAGP0033M, which I have used to file my returns. And he has posted a sample receipt(uttarakhand relief) also in which the above pan has been mentioned. Are there different PANs for different relief purposes? Or the general one that has been mentioned in the PMO Website will serve the purpose in all cases? Please clarify.

Which is the correct PAN..AACTP4637Q as mentioned on the pmnrf webstie..or AAAGP0033M as told by amlan datta or the one as mentioned on incometaxefiling website saying "In case of Donee funds setup by Government as described in Section 80G (2), please use PAN as "GGGGG0000G"----very confused please help..

Last year I had received official receipt for donation to PMNRF. This year (FY 2015-16) also I made some donation to PMNRF but received no receipt. I have written many E-mails to PMNRF through Contact Us available on PMNRF website but received no reply. Can I claim tax rebate without receiving official receipt. Still hard to debit or credit from your own account towards the fund,had sent a bank draft but returned,hope to send another draft soon,can"t access through online.

sir in ITR 1 in 80G deduction it shows that as a note in case of done funds set up by gov. As described in Sec 80G(2),Pls use PAN as a GGGGG0000G Pls help on this regard
